Yes. My Property Organiser is HMRC-approved MTD software for property landlords. If you earn over £50,000 from property income and need to comply with MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment from April 2026, the platform handles your quarterly submissions, digital record-keeping and year-end reporting automatically.
You do not need a separate accounting platform or manual spreadsheets. Your rental income and allowable expenses are tracked in real time and formatted for HMRC submission. Full MTD compliance is included on every investor plan.
Not yet. The April 2026 MTD threshold is £50,000 gross income from property. The threshold is expected to drop to £30,000 in a subsequent phase, and potentially lower in future years. You can connect and disconnect accounts at any time. My Property Organiser never has access to move money it is read-only data access, encrypted and regulated.

Yes. My Property Organiser is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with end-to-end encryption for all financial data. Open Banking connections are FCA-regulated and read-only. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. The company is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12583682) and operates in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
My Property Organiser gives your agency two distinct tools in one. First, a white-label investor platform branded entirely as your own, which your clients log into through your website to track their portfolios, stay MTD compliant and access their financial data. Second, a private agency backend that gives you and your team visibility of every linked investor portfolio. You can see who has equity available, who is active and who is approaching a buying window. The result is a tool that adds value to your clients while giving your team the intelligence to generate more business from the relationships you already have.
Most agencies are live within two to four weeks of signing up. Once your account is activated, we handle the technical setup, brand the platform with your agency name, logo and colours, and configure your white-label portal. We then run a training call with your team and provide a full rollout pack. You do not need a developer or any technical knowledge. We take care of everything and stay closely involved through the first wave of client onboarding.
We provide you with a short embed code or a dedicated link that you add to your website. When your investor clients click it, they enter your branded portal seamlessly. There is no redirect to My Property Organiser and no My Property Organiser branding visible. It looks and feels like your own product. If you need help adding it to your site, our team will handle it for you.
We provide everything you need to launch confidently. Your rollout pack includes a branded client introduction email, talking points for your team, a social media announcement pack and a guided onboarding sequence for your investors. We run a kick-off call with your team and support you through the first wave of invitations. Agencies tell us consistently that the rollout is straightforward and that clients respond very positively to having their own portfolio platform.
There are two standard plans for agencies. The Registered Partner plan is £499 per year + VAT, billed annually upfront, and gives your agency access to a non-branded investor and agent portal with your clients benefiting from a 20% discount on their own investor subscription. The Agency Partner plan is £595 per month + VAT and includes a fully branded platform under your agency name, colours and identity. For the Registered Partner and Agency Partner plans, investors pay their own monthly subscription directly. As a partner, your clients receive a 20% discount on the standard investor price, applied through your unique partner code. These packages may include a small number of licences. For the White Label plan, a number of investor licences are included as standard, allowing you to enrol investors onto your branded platform at no additional cost up to that included amount.
Yes, and many partners do. Some agents integrate the platform as part of a broader premium service offering, using it to justify higher fees or differentiate from competitors. Others include it within their client service because it adds genuine, ongoing value well beyond the point of sale. Some prefer to introduce it selectively at first and observe which investors engage most actively before rolling it out further. How you position it commercially is entirely your decision. What most agents find is that it becomes a natural part of how they retain and develop their investor client base over time.
There is a minimum 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 months, only one month's notice is required to cancel. We keep the terms straightforward with no hidden exit clauses. Most partners find that once the platform is embedded in how they work with investors, they have no reason to leave.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are ICO registered and operate in full compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. Investor data entered into your portal is owned by your agency and your investors. It is never shared with other agencies, used for third-party marketing or sold to any external party. My Property Organiser acts as a data processor on your behalf, not a data controller of your client data.
Absolutely not. Every agency operates in a completely isolated environment. Your investor data, portfolio information, team activity and analytics are visible only to you and the team members you grant access to. No other agency on the platform can see your data under any circumstances. This is a fundamental part of how the system is architected, not just a policy.
No. Your investors are your clients. We never contact them directly, never market to them, never send them property recommendations and never approach them as My Property Organiser. From your investors' perspective, the platform they are using belongs to your agency. Our branding does not appear anywhere in their experience unless you choose to reference us.
Your investors see a fully branded portfolio dashboard under your agency name and colours. They can view all their properties, track income, yield and equity, connect their bank accounts via Open Banking, manage their Making Tax Digital obligations and access the professional concierge network. They see a clean, premium platform that looks like your product. Everything is updated in real time and accessible on desktop and mobile.
Your backend dashboard shows you a live overview of every investor linked to your agency. You can see total offices, team members, linked investor count and average engagement score. Drill into any investor's profile to see their full portfolio: every property, its current value, estimated equity, yield, occupancy and revenue. You can also see engagement data, including when a client last logged in, what they clicked on and their overall engagement score. This is the context that allows your team to call with genuine purpose rather than guessing who to approach.
Yes. Each team member gets their own individual login. Brokers see their own client base, while office managers and principals get a broader view across the team or all offices. You can assign different access levels to different roles so each person sees what is relevant to them. There is no limit on team members on the Agency and White Label plans.
All agency partners have access to our dedicated support team via email. Agency Plan and White Label partners receive priority support response times and a named account manager. We also run regular product update sessions so your team is always informed about new features. If a question comes up during onboarding or rollout, our team is available to assist directly. We treat your launch as a partnership, not a handover.
